Noor Hana Binti Yusoff

Noor Hana Binti Yusoff is a Legal Assistant at Messrs. Yong & Rajah, specialising in conveyancing and property law, with over five years of experience in handling a wide range of property-related and litigation matters.

She handles sub-sale transactions, loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, and matters pertaining to developer projects. She also has experience in civil and criminal litigation, particularly in probate and inheritance matters, applications for discharge of bankruptcy, Distribution Orders and Orders for Sale from the High Court. She has advised banks on loan disbursements and related legal matters.

Noor Hana holds an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) (2015) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2017. She completed her pupillage at Messrs. Rosenida, Azlirta, Hafidz & Co in 2016 and was retained as a Legal Assistant there until 2020.
