Then Zhin Xin

Then Zhi Xin is a Legal Assistant at Messrs. Yong & Rajah, practising in the areas of conveyancing, wills, probate and administration, and non-contentious litigation. She handles property transactions, loan documentation, will writing, and estate matters including applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration and Court Orders.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and completed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 14 October 2025.
