Yap Yeow Han

Yap Yeow Han is a Partner at Rahmat Lim & Partners, focusing on commercial litigation, arbitration and adjudication.

He represents clients including financial institutions, property developers, contractors, power producers, high-net-worth individuals, and airline and shipping companies on a wide range of disputes and legal issues, regularly appearing in Malaysian courts for interlocutory matters, trials and appeals. In the arbitration space, he acts in domestic and international arbitral proceedings relating to construction and general commercial disputes under the auspices of institutions including the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He also handles arbitration-related litigation, including applications for interim measures, setting aside and enforcing arbitral awards.

Yap Yeow Han holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Malaya and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2002.
