Notable matters include advising United Overseas Bank Ltd in the successful sale of a vessel, “Limin Rosmina”, to the third highest bidder across two rounds of tenders ([2023] 8 CLJ 649); enforcing a Singapore judgment for HSBC International Trustee Ltd before the High Court of Malaya ([2023] 2 CLJ 486); and obtaining a judgment of approximately RM 11.9 million for Excel M&E Sdn Bhd in a construction dispute, while successfully resisting counterclaims amounting to approximately RM 66.5 million ([2023] CLJU 2747).

He holds an LL.B. (Hons) and a Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2016. He has served as Treasurer of the International Malaysian Society of Maritime Law (IMSML) since May 2023 and is a member of the Bar Council Shipping and Admiralty Law Committee.
