Eunice Low

Eunice Low is a Partner in the Financial Services Practice at Shearn Delamore & Co., specialising in banking and finance law, financial services regulation, and real estate law. She drafts and reviews banking documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and agreements for syndicated loans, project financing, and refinancing, and advises banks and financial institutions on compliance with regulations, including BNM Foreign Exchange Administration rules.

Eunice has advised on a RM440 million and USD90 million club deal involving Maybank Islamic, UOB Bank, AmBank Islamic, and Bangkok Bank Berhad; a RM330 million syndicated loan between Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and AmBank Berhad; a RM230 million bilateral financing facility for a joint venture investment from Japan and Singapore; and a RM307 million bilateral financing facility for the acquisition and construction of a build-to-lease project in Senai Airport City. She also handles cross‑border financing, asset securitisation, and real estate transactions, including title transfers, commercial leases, and acquisitions and developments, and prepares business sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and share sale agreements.

Eunice holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield (1997) and was called to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in 1999. She is a member of the Malaysian Bar.
