Ms. Eng Sok Yin (Andrea)

Eng Sok Yin (Andrea) is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, specializing in Real Estate Law.

Andrea holds an LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University (MMU) (2010) and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in May 2011. Her practice encompasses banking and general litigation, motor‑insurance claims, and real estate matters. She has represented insurance companies in third‑party motor‑insurance claims at Messrs Teo & Associates and Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. She served as Litigation Manager at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP), handling all litigation claims brought on behalf of and against PTP, and later as Legal Counsel for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region at Kerry Group, handling legal matters for the group across the region. Since 2022, she has focused on real estate matters at Messrs Grace Neo & Co.
