Surekka A/P Spreedharan

Surekka A/P Spreedharan is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, specializing in Real Estate Law.

She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 21 November 2018. She has practiced in conveyancing transactions involving land, factories, residential and commercial properties, auction sales, property transfers, discharges of charge, perfection of transfers and charges, and banking facilities for numerous financial institutions. She has also been involved in developer‑related projects, drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements under the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act and handling loan documentation for end‑financing. More recently, she has supported the Legal Department of a global financial company on regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, and fintech‑related operations.
