Aisyah Muhammad

Aisyah Muhammad is a Legal Associate at Shearn Delamore & Co., practising in the firm's Corporate and M&A department. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019 and was also called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018 as a Barrister-at-Law (Inner Temple).

Her practice includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. She assists with legal research, due diligence, document preparation, and transactional support.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from Cardiff University. She is a member of the Malaysian Bar and speaks English and Malay.
