Elisia Engku Kangon

Elisia Engku Kangon is a lawyer in the Intellectual Property practice at Shearn Delamore & Co., specialising in intellectual property law, technology law, and information law. She advises clients on a wide range of IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and brand protection.

Elisia holds an LL.B (Hons. with Distinction) from the University of Malaya and an LL.M in Intellectual Property & Information Law from King's College London. She was called to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2018 and is a member of the Malaysian Bar.

She has authored and co-authored numerous publications on intellectual property and technology law, including contributions to KATZAROV's Manual on Industrial Property for Malaysia, articles on FRAND licensing, patent claim construction, copyright and NFTs, and various contributions to The Law Review by Sweet & Maxwell Asia and Managing IP.
