K. Shanti Mogan is a Partner at Shearn Delamore & Co., serving as Head of Arbitration & Mediation, Head of Dispute Resolution, and Co‑Head of Competition Law & Antitrust, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She has 30 years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, acting as counsel and arbitrator. Shanti's experience covers a wide range of disputes, including banking, commercial, corporate, technology, consumer protection, data protection, defamation, and media and communications disputes. Notable matters include representing Malaysian Airport in proceedings to compel the provision of cellular access network services, obtaining a mandatory injunction; representing CJ OliveNetworks Co. Ltd in a dispute involving the proposed acquisition of a majority stake in Caring Pharmacy Group Berhad with a claim in excess of RM300 million; representing a world‑renowned steel manufacturer in an ICC arbitration involving a claim in excess of RM1 billion; and representing Malaysia Airports in two arbitration proceedings involving claims in excess of RM200 million. In competition law, she has represented an insurer in challenging a decision of the Malaysia Competition Commission imposing collective fines in excess of RM200 million.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malaya and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. She is a member of the Malaysian Bar, the International Bar Association, and the Inter‑Pacific Bar Association.
