Nurulhuda Mansor

Nurulhuda Mansor is a Partner at Shearn Delamore & Co., specialising in dispute resolution, healthcare and life sciences, medico-legal, and insurance law. Her practice encompasses all aspects of contentious and non-contentious professional and medical malpractice, representing doctors and hospitals before the High Court and Appellate Courts, and acting for medical practitioners in disciplinary and regulatory proceedings before the Malaysian Medical Council and the Malaysian Dental Council.

Nurulhuda regularly appears in the Lower Court, High Court, and Appellate Courts as the firm is on the panel of one of the world's leading medical protection organisations. She has been involved in many notable cases reported in Malaysian law journals, including a landmark Federal Court decision in 2018 addressing vicarious and non-delegable duties imposed on private hospitals in Malaysia (D L T P & Ors v M S & Anor). She has authored and presented papers on medico-legal topics at various conferences and seminars, and regularly gives lectures on Medical Law at local universities and tertiary hospitals. Her practice also includes insurance law and claims, product liability, and general civil litigation.

Nurulhuda holds an LL.B (Hons) from UiTM and was called to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2008. She is Assistant Secretary (Legal) of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia (MLSM), a Trainer in the Malaysian Bar Council's Advocacy Training Course, a member of the Malaysian Bar, and a member of the International Bar Association.
