Amelia Koo is a Partner at Rahmat Lim & Partners, heading the Corporate Real Estate Department, specializing in Real Estate Law. She has extensive experience in property‑related work, including property acquisition and divestment, development projects, property joint ventures, commercial leasing, built‑to‑suit transactions, and real estate investment trusts.

Amelia advises property funds, asset managers, local and foreign REITs, private and public companies, developers, and commercial banks. Notable matters include advising Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust on its proposed acquisition of Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall for RM2.2 billion; advising the Trustee of Pavilion REIT on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia; advising Nusajaya Tech Park Sdn Bhd on land acquisition for the expansion of Nusajaya Tech Park; and advising various data centre operators on land acquisition for their operations in Malaysia.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Staffordshire University and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2000.
