Datin Grace C. G. Yeoh

Datin Grace C. G. Yeoh is a Partner at Shearn Delamore & Co., serving as Head of Real Estate, Head of Energy, Natural Resources & Green Technology, and Head of Private Client & Family Business, specializing in Real Estate Law. Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, takeovers, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, listings, and general corporate planning, with a focus on inbound foreign investments, property, private wealth, and family business matters.

Datin Grace has advised on numerous significant transactions, including acting as Malaysian adviser to Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) on its USD 400 million investment in edotco Group, which set a new benchmark as the largest global tower sector private placement in 2016; advising Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. on its acquisition of the DUNLOP brand overseas; acting for United Malacca Berhad on its acquisition of an Indonesian oil palm plantation; acting for Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad on the RM90.8 million sale of Sooka Sentral; and acting as lead counsel for the vendors in the MYR1.051 billion sale of Renewed Hope Pte Ltd to Siam Food Services Company Limited.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1996.

She has served on the board of directors of CIMB Bank Berhad and Bursa Malaysia Berhad, and currently sits on the board of Pacific & Orient Insurance Co. Bhd., SP Setia Berhad, and Prasarana Malaysia Berhad. She is a member of the Asia Advisory Council of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
