J. Wilfred Durai

J. Wilfred Durai is a Consultant at Zain & Co., specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the flotation of companies, mergers and acquisitions, establishment of joint ventures, and advisory work for foreign corporate investors.

He began his legal career at Messrs. Ernest Devadason & Co., joined Zain & Co. in 1973, and was appointed as a partner in 1980. He is a former partner in the Corporate practice and served as the firm's managing partner, bringing decades of senior-level corporate transactional experience to his advisory work.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1972) and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1973. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
