Tan Zhi Yi

Tan Zhi Yi is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice at Shearn Delamore & Co., specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. He advises clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters.

Tan Zhi Yi holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London, completed the Certificate in Legal Practice, and was called to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2026. He is a member of the Malaysian Bar.
