Jacqueline Goh Jia Ling

Jacqueline Goh Jia Ling is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice at Shearn Delamore & Co., specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and corporate governance. She advises clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate advisory matters.

Jacqueline holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Leeds and is a Barrister-at-Law of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021. She is currently pursuing the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

She is a member of the Malaysian Bar, The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, and the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
