Lim Jia Wen

Lim Jia Wen is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice at Shearn Delamore & Co., specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. She advises clients on a range of corporate transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters.

Lim Jia Wen holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Manchester and an LL.M with a specialism in Corporate Law and Practice from City University of London. She is a Barrister-at-Law of The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2025, and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2026. She is a member of the Malaysian Bar and The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn.
